How do I sign in?
Create an account with your email and a password, or tap Sign in with Apple. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I connect with my partner?
One of you taps Start yours and gets a 6-letter code. The other taps Join your partner and enters that code. Now you share one list.
Why can't I pull a date yet?
Your first pull unlocks once there are 3 ideas saved. Add a few and the button lights up.
How do I save a memory?
After a date, open it from your ideas and add at least one photo (and a note if you like). It's sealed into your shared log.
The shake isn't working.
Shake-to-pull uses your phone's motion sensor and works on a physical iPhone. Make sure you allowed motion access when asked.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled in the app's You tab and in iOS Settings → Notifications → Memori.
How do I change my name?
Go to the You tab and tap Edit name.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at the address below and we'll remove your profile, ideas, notes, and photos.
